SCHOOLS BREAK UP. PRIZES AND CONCERTS To boys and girls at school tho waning of the old year in its last month is always eventful with prize-giving and breaking-up ceremonies. School winds up with a flourish of trumpets, so to speak, when tho summer vacation is at hand. Some get prizes, and many get none, but all get tho holidays and that, is tho biggest prize to a schoolboy in the whole year. Several schools yesterday broke- up with the usual eclat of prizedistributions, concerts, and elieers.
