ACCUSED PLEADS GUILTY. IBT TELEGRAPH — VK1533 ASSOCIATION.! EKETAHUNA, This Day. F. Atwood was brought before Messrs. Herbert and Haswell, J.P.s, to-day, in connection with the Nireaha "sticking up" case on Bth December. After evidence for the prosecution had been taken, accused pleaded guilty to unlawfully entering at night the dwelling of F. H. Dowden with intent to commit a crime therein. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
