Donne and Hamer expressing, on behalf of the Citizens' Reception Committee, appreciation of tho able manner in which they discharged their duties in carrying out the Government's part of the programme in connection with the reception of the American fleet at Auckland, and congratulating them heartity on the success which crowned their efforts.
