Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Johnsonville sale as follows: — A good entry of bullocks; the bulk_ of the entry were good to prime quality, the balance unfinished rough sorts. Beet made up to 24s 6d for prime ; rough sorts, 225; best bullocks, £9 7s 6d to £9 17s 6d ; other, £8 7s 6d to £8 17s 6d ; rough, £6 15s to £7. A good yarding of sheep, including some prime wethers. The market was keen. Best wethers 19s lid to 20s 3d; others, 18s lid to 19s Id; light, 15s lid to 17s 4d; ewes 17s 6d ; others, 15s Id to 15s lid.
