THE JOHNSONVILLE TOWN BOARD. i — NOTICE is hereby given that at a Spe.cial Meeting of tho Johnsonvillo Town Board held on the sth day of May, 1908, it was resolved, by Way of Special Order, that the Johneonville Town Board make a Bylaw, under "The Town Districts Act, 1881," and "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," and all other Acts and authorities the Eaid Johnsonville Town Board in thai behalf enabling, to" be known as "Tho General Bylaw of 1903," the objects and purport of which Bylaw are as follows : — Part 1. — Definitions and provisions for notices and service thereof, and provisions for offences and penalties. Part 2. — Provisions for regulations in regard to street nuisances, and provisions for the naming of streets, street-crossings, and the construction of footways. Part 3. — Provisions for the Regulation of , tho construction of buildmg3, furnaces, fireplaces, and chimneys, and for the regulation of building sites, frontages, ventilation, open spaces, removal and re-erection of buildings, and building inspection. Part 4. — Provision for the regulation of tho use of vehicles and horses. Part 5. — Provision for the regulation of huwkers and pedlars, storage of gun powder and other explosives, and against the conduct of disorderly houses. Part 6. — Provision for tho licensing of carriers, and regulating privies and cesspools and for the prevention of nuisances. \ Schedules providing for forms and fees. The said Resolution will bo tubmitted for 'confirmation to a Special Meeting of tho Town Board to be hold at the Beard's Offices on THURSDAY, the 4th day of June, 1908, at 7 p.m., at which meeting the day of the coming into force of the Bylaw will be fixed. A copy of the proposed Special Order and Bylaw is deposited at the office .of the Johnsonville Town Board, at Johnsonville, where the samo will lie open for inspection during office hours until the said meeting for confirmation is held.
