A , Ruthenian student named Sipzyuski shot and killed Count Potocki, Governor of Galicia, at Lemberg, while presenting a petition. The assassin was arrested. CRIME ENTIRELY A POLITICAL ONE. I (Received April 14, 8.9 a.m.) LONDON, 13th April. The murder of Count Potocki was entirely a political one.
