The appeal case Campbell, of Sydney, versus the Australian Mutual Provident Society, in which appellant sought to \ns\ ent the society extending its business outside the Commonwealth, was argued before the .Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Alter hearing the appellant's case, their Lordships intimated that they did not dcsiie to hoar counsel for respondents. They would give their reasons later.
