by Telegraph.— Press Amooiation.— Copyright. (Received February 18, 9.8 a.m.) NEW YORK, 17th February. Tho vessel Emily Pvced, from Newcastle for Portland, was wrecked afc Oiegon. Eleven persons were drowned. Tho Emily Reed, a. wooden ship of 1565 tons, commanded by Captain G. A. Baker, was built in 1880 By A. R. Reed, Waldborough, Maine, ai.\l was owned by tho Ship Emily Reed Company.
