JUDICIAL RECORDER OF SWANSEA.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CopjTlght. (Received February 18, 7.35 a.m.) LONDON, 17th February. Mr. J. Lloyd Morgan, member of tho House of Commons for Carmarthen West, has been appointed Recorder of Swansea. Mr. J. Lloyd Morgan, K.C., has been Liberal for Carmarthen West sinco 1889. He vas educated at Tetcenhall College, Staffordshire, Owen's College, Manchester, and Trinity Hall, Cambridge (8.A.) He became a barrister of the Inner Temple in 1884.
