When the Supreme Court re-assembled this morning to continue the hearing of the charge against Mowat of breaking into a dwelling house with intent to injuie the occupants, iir 'was represented j that one of the jurors was too ill to appear. A new jury was consequently sworn in and a fresh trial began.
