ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
Mr. J. Richardson, of the Auckhtnd Football Association, has been in communication with the Footbill Association, Lonuon, re sending Home a team of New Zealand players, and playing a series of matuheb ngainbt clubs of the second division of the League, In reply to his enquiries Mr. Wall, of tho English Association, states that if he can in any way render assistance in the matter he will be very glad to do so, but he cannot a&k the "association to consider the matter until he knows whether the proposed tour is oflicially recognised by tho go\erning football authority in the Dominion. The matter of sending a team Home will probably be' considered by the New Zealand Association at an caily date.
