B/ Tftkgraph.— Pra» Assoeiatlon^-Oopyright. (Received Febrnary 11, 8.36 a.m.) LONDON, 10th February. The Right Hon. H. Gladstone, Home Secretary, informed the deputation from the Manchester unemployed, which was marching to Windsor to present a petition to King Edward, that the petition would not be received. Representatives of 25,000 Manchester and Salford unemployed last week commenced a march from London to Windsqr, to present a petition to King Edward, asking leave to inspect the Castle lands to see if they wore suitable, for cultivation. They also asked to be' allowed fifty acres, on which to experiment and try to make homes, and promised not to enter the Castle gateß without) permission. Before reaching Watford, some became dissatisfied with the arrangements, and Salvationists paid their fares home. Only eighteen reached London. These proceeded to Windsor, after forwarding the. petition, which has been rejected^ '
