Tho vessel was refused permission to enter the canal, and' was Ordered to return to the Sinai Peninsufa. • Tha pilgrims absolutely refuse to allow tho Mariout to return. Th* Mariout belongs to tlie Khedivial Mail Steamship Company and the Graving Dock Company, Limited.
