THE DRUCE CASE. AN APPEAL ALLOWED.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.-- Copyright. (Received February 11, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 10th February. Sitting in Chambers, Mr. Justice Jelf upheld the decision Of Judge Bonner, Master of the Supreme Court, dismissing the Druce-de Walden case, but gave leave to appeal to tho Privy Council. Tho action was brought by George Hollamby Druce against Lord Howard de Walden for the recovery of that portion of the Portland estates which went to the fifth Duke's sister, who married Lord de Walden. Tho Master of the Supremo Court dismissed the case on the ground that the proceedings were frivolous and vexatious. Costs were given against Druce.
