Charles Leopold Zimmerman, £3, costs 10s ; Kenneth Douglas v. Charles S. Bailoy, £12 8a 2d, costs 15s 6d ; Sidney Scott v. F. Board, £1 7s sd, costs ss ; Jamos Smith and Sons v Ronald Duncan, £2 15s 6d, cost 3 ss; Oliver Whitton Clayton v. John M'Kendrick, £3 Bs, costs 10s; Catherine Clayton v. Mrs. M. Davies, £5 7s 6d, costs £1 3s 6d; Henry Arthur Gold v. Arthur Wheatley, £10, costs £1 3s 6d ; New Zealand Times Co., Ltd., v, Fred. R. Jupjp, £25 10s, costs £2 17s ; Tanner Bros. v. Joseph M'Dcuga.ll, £2 7s 7d, costs 10s ; E. Roxenberg and Co. v. James W. Kelly, £2 13s 6d, costs 10s. No order was made in the case of the Wellington Ferries, Ltd., v. Peter Ross, £8 14s. In the case of R, B. Davies and Co. v. Arthur W. Lynos, £7 3s 3d, defendant vraa ordered to pay on or beforo the 25th February, or in default to undergo seven days' imprisonment.
