BRITISH TRADE. DECREASE IN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.

Board of Trade returns foi" January show that imports decreased by £4,165,483 and exports by £662,840, as, compared with the corresponding January of last year. For January 1907, the imports showed an tnereaso of £7,066,000 and exports of £4,296,000 by comparison with January of l°o6.
