The ba.lance-sheet of the company which brought out the German Opera Company has been published. After absorbing tho whole of the capital, Mr. Musgro\b is loft with a lo&s of £898. The profits made in Adelaide .and Melbourne were absorbed by losses in New Zealand, Tasmania, and during the second season in Melbourne.
