The New Zealand team of professional footballers gave tho best display of their tour to-day, when they defeated the Northern Union team by three goals four tries (18 points) to two tries (6 points). Play was even during the first half, and at half-time New Zealand led by five to three. After twenty minutes' even play in the second half, the New Zeal and er 3 scored thrice in rapid succession. Northern Union scored just on the call of time. The New Zealanders have played 32 matches, ot which they won 1/, lost 14, and two were drawn. They scored 385 points against 376.
