AT CUXHAVEN. B? Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. \ (Received February 27, 8.16 a.m.) LONDON, 6th February. The German warship Hessen is ashore at Cuxhaien. , Two tugs are assisting in an attempt to get her off. Tho Hessen is a vessel of 12,997 tons displacement, with a draught of 24Aft, and 16,000 indicated horse-power. She was built at Kiel in 1903.
