Dr. Macnamara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Local Government Board, speaking at Cambridge, said the fiscal issue had been put with mucn cunning, in attractive guise, and had deceived many voters. Possibly tho country would havo to go again through the fires of adversity in order to appreciate free-trade.
