COURT CASES.

On the grounds of being an idle and disorderly pereon Henry Clements was, afc the Magwtrate'3 Courc yesterday, "sentenced^ to ono month's imprisonment. Clauae M'Cully, charged with failing to l/.iy for tho support of his illegitimate child, was Temanded to appear at Dauncvirke.' Esther Curtis sued James Curtis tor failing to maintain two of his grauddaughter?. Defendant was ordered to pay 2s od a week towards each of, the children. Mr. Xyaleoii appearecTfor plaintiff and Mr. Levi for defendant. Du.ucan. Anderson was proceeded against 'by his wife, Adelaide E. Al: Anderson, for iailing io maintain herself and child, MaVis Anderson. Defendant was ordered lo pay 5s a week towards the support of his wife, and 10s a week for his daughter.
