The Investigator is an iron tntfeemasted steamer of 605 tons, built in 1882 by Messrs. D. and W. Henderson, of Glasgow. Her dimensions aie. Length, 210 ft 3in ; breadth, 23ft 3m; depth, 12ft sin. She is owned ry the Adelaide Steam Shipping Conuwny, Limited.
