AUSTRIA-HUNGARY.
! THE EMPIRE'S FOREIGN" RELATIONS. TURKEY WARNED. By Telegraph.- Press Association.— Copyright, VIENNA, 28th January. Baron Alois yon Aehrenthal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in an address to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian Delegations, rejoiced that the modern policy of rapprochements had extended itself, under such favourable auspices on both sides/ to AngloGerman relations. He expressed satisfaction with Franco-Spanish action in Morocco. Baron Aehrenthal warned the Sultan of Turkey that unless he fully supported the Powers in the reforms which they had resolved should be proceeded with in the Balkan States, his position in the three vilayets principally affected would bo jeopardised. Terrorist activity would not have assumed such dimensions had the Turkish authorities afforded tho defenceless population energetic protection. Tho Governments of the Balkan States had assured the Powers that they would not tolerate the organisation of rebellious bands in their countries.
