FOREIGN FIRMS OPENING TN , BRITAIN. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 27th January. Owing to the operation of the Patents and Designs Act, passed last session, which came in force on Ist Jan vary, foreign firms are already establishing two or three factories in Great Britain. These factories will give employment , to thousands of hands.
