REBELLION IN PERSIA.
TOWN EVACUATED BY GOVERNMENT TROOPS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyiijfftt TEHERAN, 27th January, x'rincc Firman Firma, Governor of Azerbaijan, who was last week reportted to be besieged at Luj Balak, in Persian Kurdistan, by 20,000 Kurds, h.as telegraphed that he has been compelled to evacuate tho town without lesistance. He is now proceeding to Zandvale. Turkish troops have occupied Luj Balak.
