.o — v [Bt TELEGBArn.— Special to The Post.] At a meeting of the Feutherston County Council at Martinborough yestYrday the- treasurer reported receipts for the month to be £1346 15s 4d. Accounts totalling £612 9s were passed for payment. Councillor A. Matthews was appointed delegate to the election of trustee to the Wellington Harbour BoaTd. A deputation from the Martinborough Town Board waited upon tho council in reference to a stock road, and Councillors Considine and A. D. Ri'Lcad were appointed to confer with representatives fionf the board and report at nest meeting. In tho C'aTterton Magistrate's Court yestorday four lads, charged w ith trout fishing Mithout a license, and using' an unlawful instrument (a jag), pleaded not guilty.
