[Bt Telegraph.— Special to The Post.] CARTERTON, This Day. Four cases of breaches of the borough water supply bylaws were heard' before Mr. W. P. James, S.M., yesterday. Iho offence 3 consisted of allowing water to run from hoses with no peTson in charge of same. A nominal fine of Is and costs was imposed in eacli case.
