PALFREY ESTATE. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. announce the salo at their rooms-- on Friday, 24th January, at 2.30 p.m., of tho Palfrey Estate, Uppor Hutt, adjoining tho railway, close to the racecourse, tho golf links, riflo range, etc. Ihe auctioneers state that during tho last few years 80 acres have been dedicated to streets, eight miles of roading have been formed, over 80 houses have been erected at a cost of upwards of £50,000, and it is now proposed to form it into a borough.
