[BY TELEGItABH — PHRSS ASSOPIATION.J AUCKLAND, This Day, Two man o' warsmen, Murtagh and Grant, appeared at the Police Court this morning on charges arising out of the disturbance in the atrect last night. The Jack tare wore using bad language to two ladies, and a constable- and civilian who interfered were roughly usedMr. Dyer, S.M., sjaid ho felt it his duty to teach oil'endois and others a lesson. They were convicted on the charge of using obscene language and each fined £4 10s and coEts'for tho assault.
