ADULT SCHOOLS. TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, — I noticed in the Spectator that the Quakors, or "Friends," in England conduct somo 1000 adult Sunday morning schools, whoro Iho three R's are taught, and wind up with a Biblo lesson and free breakfast. In Auckland tho Friends conduct an adult school, and I think, sir, that tho Society of Friends has ample scope in this direction here. — I am, etc., INTERESTED. Wellington, 19th December.
