[BY TELEGRAPH. — ?K2S3 ASSOCIATION^ • DARGAVILLE, This Day. The Northern Wairoa Racing Club has decided to charge £10 for bookmaker and clerk, this fee covering the right to bet on. two days at tho summer meeting on 26th and 27th December.
