The Daily Telegraph asserts that the mobilisation in Natal is duo to Dinizulu's refusal last week to assist tho police to find concealed rebels. Two thousand armed Zulus are located near Dinizulu. NATAL APPEALS TO TRANSVAAL AND CAPE COLONY. BOTH WILLING- TO ASSIST. LONDON, 6th December. Tho Daily News reports that the Secretary for the Colonies, Lord Elgin, offered to assist Natal in tho Zulu tiouble if allowed a voice- in controlling the situation. However, Natal preferred to appeal to the Transvaal and Capo Colony, which are willing to assist. AN ULTIMATUM. ALL QUIET AT PRESENT. DURBAN, 6th December. Colonel Sir Duncan Mackenzie will not pornlit Miss Colenso, a daughter of the lato Dr. Colenso, Bishop of Natal, to visit Dinizulu. He sends an' ultimatum to Dinizulu as coon as Eshowe and Mcl moth have beon garrisoned. Tho Premier requests the newspapers not to publish accounts of the movements of troops. So far as can be ascertained all is'quict at present in Zululand.
