Henry 'Marks, during tho bearing of the Druce perjury case, testified that lie saw Henry Vassgr, a carpenter, making a coftin in 1864. There were four rolls of lead beside it. The coffin was afterwards taken to tho Bakcr-streot Bazaar. Charles Batt identified the coafc produced by G. H. Druce, tho claimant, as ono made by witness's father for the lm-i Duke- of Portland.
