(Received December 7, 7.45 a.m.) LONDON, 6th December, l- The Admiralty is constructing forthw with a naval basin at Rosyth. ;e It will have an area of 56 acres, and o- be 36 feet deep at all tides. There will be quay space for twenty3- two battleships, or forty-four banked -o two abreast, with a lock always acces- ?- sible to the largest warships and giving is access to the basin, le The Admiralty is also constructing a ll graving dock. ( The new naval base will be on the )e Firth of Forth, and a, railway line will l s connect it with the North British Rails' way. The work will be completed in ten years.
