[BT TBLESBArH. — PIIEB3 ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER, This Day. At the Supremo Court Alfred Jackson was acquitted on a charge of criminal assault on a girl under the ago of sixteen years. In the Divorco Court a decree nisi, with costs against the co-respondent, was given in tho caso of Walter Hannon Adair v. Margaret Mary Adair, respondent, and Samuei Gill, corespondent. Petitioner wjb granted tho custody of tae opjy child of tug marriage
