LONDON, sth February. - The Times publishes a letter from Mr. Henniker Heaton, M.P., who was at Kingston when the recent earthquake occurred and the differences took place between Sir J. A. Swofctenham and Admiral Davis, of the United States navy. ( Mr. Heaton says tho negroes in Jamaica chiofly fear annexation by the United States.
