There was a representative gathering of the local Bar this morning to welcomo Mt. Justice Williams on his return to duty. Mr. Stephens, in the absence of the president of the Law Society, welcomed his Honour, who replied that he was happy to say be felt particularly well, and trusted to be able to do a little more work — at any rato before retiring 1 from this district.
