BURIED BY A FALL OF EARTH. u)Y TKLEQRAFH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] MASTERTON, 2nd December. Patrick Slattery, 35 years of age, was killed on Saturday morning in a gravel pit at Wangaehu. The earth above him gave way and buried him. SUDDEN DEATHS. REEFTON, This Day. An old-age pensioner named G. Bradley dropped dead last night. WAIHI, This Day. George Roxburgh, about 56 years of age, died suddenly on Saturday evening in an auctioneer's mart. Ho walked across tho street, entered the rooms, sat down in a chair and immediately expired.
