A STEAMER STRANDED.
One of the crew drowned. [MBS? ASOOnUTItJH.I (Received November 7, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 6th Novomber. The steamer Schiller, bjimi for Melbourne, lost both of her anchors during a terrific gale, and was «tranded at Dungenoss (a low shingly point of England",' forming the eouthern extremity of -the County of. Kent, and projecting into the English Ohannol). Heavy sea* broke over the vessel. All the crew were rescued except one.
