A SEA-GOING DOCKYARD.
NEW REPAIRING VESSEL. J>KX99 ASSOCIATION.^ (Received November 7, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, 6th November. The Cyclops, a new steam repairing ship, built for the Admiralty, has been launched at Sunderland. She resembles a sea-going dockyard, fitted with shipyard appliances and engineering machinery, and has on board three hundred artificers.
