DEPREDATIONS BY GREEK BANDS. , [rnxaa asbocution.l ATHENS, 18th June. In connection with the rupture of diplomatic relations between Greece and Roumania, the latter explains that her action was tho result of the Greek Government I permitting bands organised in Athens and commanded by Greek officers to cross the Turkish frontier to plunder, murder, and terrorise the Roumanian residents of -Turkey because the Porto recently guaranteed equality of rights to Roumanians living within its territory.
