GREECE AND ROMANIA.
DIPLOMATIC BELATIONS AGAIN BROKEN. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received Juni 18, 8.30 a.m.) ATHENS, 17th June. ' A, rupture of diplomatic relations hetween Greece and Roumania has occurred owing to tho expulsion of Greeks, the closing of schools, and other arbitrary acts on tho part of Boumnnia. The- breaking of. th« diplomatic relations betwesn Greece and Boumania is a recrudescence- of the trouble- which occurred last year. In May, 190&, an Irade issued by the Sultan recognising the Roumanian or Kutzo-Vlach element in Macedonia gave umbrngo to theGreeks, who boycotted those employing the Roumanian language in church services. The ftxeitement thus aroused in Macedonia led to reprisals agaiust tho Greeks'in Roumanian Negotiation's between the Greek and Roumanian Governments followed, but the Greek Government declared that the Irade mentioned abovo was illegal, and Fnat they ■would oppose it. The persecution cf the Vlachs continued, and outrages on Greek subjects in Roumania were alleged to have taken place. Finally a diplomatis rupture, took place, tho Ministers of the two countries leaving the Legations "on unlimited leave," but the relations were subsequently renewed.
