PEASANTS' DISTURBANCES. [frBBBS ASSOCIATION.] ST. PETERSBURG, 14th June. The Governor of Poltava asks for reinforcements from other districts, fearing that the soldiers of Poltava wil) join the peasants' disturbances, which threaten to become widespread. Tho troops at Moscow and Kieff are represented as being disaffected.
