(Received June 15, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, 14th June. Fifty Radical members of the House of Commons' have memorialised Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman to devote a day's sitting of the House of Commons to discussing the Chinese question and to placard a new and effective repatriation notice to terminate the system as far as possible.
