Shareholders In tho corporation have received nothing. The sum of £13,454 whioh was im« properly paid to influence the press had been recovered—namely, £1954 from Mr. O, E. Row, of the Daily Mall t £4000 fr6m the executors of tho lato D, MaoRae, of the Financial Times j £4000 from Mr, H, Marks, of the Financial News j and £3600 from Mr. tt. Vottlos, of Truth, and Mr, Broiuwon, of the Citizen, Whltaker Wright, who ww found guilty of fraud in connection with the London and Globe Finance Corporation, Wns sentenced to »oven yoars' imprisonment, Tho aceusod committed Mtktde as j soon ns sontenco was pronounced.
