MIRAMAR AND OTHER LAND SALES.

Tho salo by order of Miraraar, Limited, on Wednesday evening, 17th January, of portion of their oslate property at Minainar North, comprising sixty-three quarteraero lots, is said to bo attracting much attention. Tho sections are situtvto close to tho Miramar wharf and intersected by the 'route of the proposed electrical tramway. Thoy front 66ft streets, which have all recently been takou over by the Miramar Borough Council. On six of the seclions are erected cottage residences, fivo containing four rooms and ono of threo rooni3 Tho terras of salo are liberal, and buyers ut the sale desirous of building immediately thereafter can have the nooessary amount for building, fencing, etc., advanced by the company on the special terms detailed in the advertisement. For tho convenience of intending buyers visiting the blook, each section will bo found marked with a flag denoting iho number of same. On Wednesday evening, the 24111 January, tho firm will offer under instructions from Mr. A.
