SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICE. [BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
DUNEDIN, This Day. , James Sampson Neave, barrister and solicitor, of Gore, was suspended from practice by an order of the Judge to-day, at the instance of the Southland Law Society, the allegation being that he received money from a bankrupt and failed to pay it to the Official Assignee. The case has been reserved for the consideration of the Court of Appeal as to the striking of defendant off the roll.
