The Admiralty Court, in dismissing the appeal, upheld the decision of the Vladivoitock Prize Court in the case of the Knight Commander. [The British steamer Knight Commander was sunk by the Russian cruisers on the 24th July, 1904, and the Prize Court declared her a lawful prize.
