LUNCH AT GUILDHALL, (Received August 11, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, 10th August. . One hundred French officers were entertained at a luncheon at Guildhall. Six hundred others guests were present. The entire route was lined with flags, and great enthusiasm was manifested, the streets being crowded.
