MUTINOUS NATIVE CREW. A CAPTAIN KILLED. [press association, j SYDNEY, 9th August. News has been received of another tragedy afc the Solomon Islands. The native crew of the trading vessel Savo while she was lying at Vallalavalla, attacked Captain Finlayson and hacked him to death. They then seized and looted the vessel. WheD sailing for their native island the murderers were intercepted and brought back to port. Captain Finlayson was a well-known trader among the Islands for the past twelve years.
